The Home Builders Association of Grand Traverse Area holds its annual Parade of Homes in June. In 2017, the event will include a Remodeled Homes Tour on June 10-11 and a New Homes Tour on June 15-18. 
Tickets go on sale June 1st and cost $15 pre-parade or $18 at the door.
The parade gives builders in the Grand Traverse area an opportunity to showcase their homes for the public. As you tour the homes, many builders will be available to meet with you and discuss the homes they have built, and to help you with ideas for your project.
There's nothing better than seeing the craftsmanship of the builders in person.
The parade is open two weekends in mid-June.
